Service Description
All are welcome! This class is designed for anyone and everyone! Kids, Teens, Adults, and Special Needs. Babies are Free. Enjoy a 30-minute Vinyasa Flow and end class with a 30-minute Yin Sequence. This is a perfect way to start the weekend in a safe space with LOVE!!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel at least 2 hours before scheduled class. Cancellation within 2 hours will incur a $10 fee. No shows, No refund. No refund for workshops cancelled without a minimum of 72-hour notice. No refunds for Kids Summer Series.
