This class infuses the techniques teachings and stories of devotion (bhakti) with a powerful asana sequence curated and created by David himself, designed to challenge the strongest of bodies and to empower the gentlest of hearts.

Cancellation Policy

Arrive 5-10 minutes before class time. Silence phones. Shoes off before entering the space. Communicate with the studio if you cannot make it to class. A no-show fee of $10 will be applied for full classes or cancellations with less than one-hour notice.
