Paint therapy & BYOB
Service Description
Unwind and reconnect at this unique wellness experience. We'll begin with a grounding guided meditation to quiet the mind and open creative energy. From there, you'll move into a relaxing paint therapy session---designed for expression, not perfection---all while enjoying your favorite beverage (BYOB). Let your inner artist flow in a supportive, social atmosphere where creativity and connection meet. All materials provided; no experience necessary. Special Co-Host and LWL yogi, Amanda.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel at least 2 hours before scheduled class. Cancellation within 2 hours will incur a $10 fee. No shows, No refund. No refund for workshops cancelled without a minimum of 72-hour notice. No refunds for Kids Summer Series.
